In the artist’s own words

What we feel, before we find the words.

I paint what exists before form, where colours mark the existence and boundaries begin to dissolve.

My work explores the space where inner experience meets the visible world, the subtle moment before something becomes defined. I believe every colour shows a different character in relation to another, much like in life, where different spaces can bring out different parts of us.

My paintings reflect my love for colour, how every colour feels different when it touches the eye, the skin, and eventually the canvas, taking form and dissolving into another.

Alan Watts taught me to see existence as part of a continuous movement, like a wave that exists only in relation to the ocean. That way of seeing shaped how I look at colour, boundaries, and objects, not as separate or permanent, but as states of energy, constantly becoming something else.

The Making of a Painting

Each work develops through colour, layers and movement. I begin with an instinct for colour and allow the painting to evolve through observation, adjustment and the physical movement of paint across the surface.
